Regarding shipping methods and costs...

Shipping is a flat rate of 740 yen nationwide, and will be handled by Yamato Transport.

Customs duties, consumption tax, customs clearance fees, etc.: These vary depending on the country and region, but if customs clearance fees, customs duties, or other import taxes are incurred, they will be the responsibility of the customer.


*As a general rule, we cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates. (Please contact us if you have a particular preference.)

*You cannot specify the shipping company.

Regarding returns... We do not accept returns for reasons other than initial defects. If you wish to exchange or return a ring due to an initial defect, please check the following precautions and contact us via the inquiry page within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that we cannot accept any exchanges after 7 days from the date of arrival. For initial defects, we will promptly send you a working replacement.

Regarding exchanges... If the ring you purchased does not fit, we will only accept exchanges for items that have passed our shop's inspection standards (only items that are free from scratches or stains and are in resalable condition, having only been tried on). For items that can be resized, we will resize them. *Please note that the return shipping cost to our shop will be borne by the customer, except in the case of initial defects. *Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items returned without prior contact.

Return / Exchange Conditions Returns or exchanges are not possible in the following cases.

・ Cannot be exchanged ・ Items that have been contacted within 8 days of delivery ・ Items that have not been contacted in advance ・ Items that have been used more than try-on items ・ Items that have lost even one accessory Resize and engraving, etc. , Custom made at the request of the customer ・ Scratches / dirt generated by the customer ・ Resized and processed by the customer ・ Items that do not pass the inspection specified by this shop

Refunds for initial defective returns will vary depending on the payment method. Bank transfer / Transfer to the bank account specified by the customer * For initial defects, the transfer fee will be borne by this shop. In the case of credit card payment ・ It will be handled by canceling the credit card payment. * Depending on the customer's credit card settlement deadline, negative settlement may occur the following month after billing.
