Handling of defective products Please be sure to check the products within 7 days after the products arrive. In the following cases, we will replace it as soon as possible.

 

If the item you applied for is different from the item you received. Damaged item Please contact us first. We will inform you of the return, so please follow the procedure. If you do not contact us in advance, we will not be able to accept it.

・ Bank transfer (prepayment) After confirming payment, we will deliver the product.

・ PAYPAL credit cards are accepted. After ordering, we will inform you of the total payment amount by email, so please be sure to check it. Necessary charges other than the product price ・ Shipping fee (For details, please see the page about shipping methods and returns.)

・ If you choose bank transfer as the payment method, you are responsible for paying the transfer fee to the bank at the time of transfer.

Expiration date of application If payment is not confirmed within 7 days from the date of order, the order will be cancelled.

[Regarding repair and processing]

We cannot provide compensation for damages caused by any of the following items.

Items showing signs of previous repair or modification; items requiring repair due to defects or flaws; items where the material has deteriorated or changed.

Products that are imitations of branded goods (those that differ in substance from the original in terms of markings, brand marks, trademarks, etc.) or that are deemed difficult to repair.

Damage to products from manufacturers not carried by our shop.

The final price may differ from the estimated price due to the work process, parts used, and other factors.

If you experience allergic reactions or other issues after wearing the repaired item.

Cancellations are not accepted after a repair request has been submitted.

[Regarding Stones] We assume no responsibility whatsoever for the quality or condition of stones such as diamonds. If we accept stones for repair, we will only accept clear stones or colored stones. We also assume no responsibility whatsoever for stones falling out (loosening) after repair.

[ Payment and Delivery Information] Payment methods are cash on delivery or bank transfer. Bank transfer fees will be borne by the customer. * For bank transfers, shipping will be processed after payment confirmation. Delivery will be via Sagawa Express. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. * For shipping from the customer, the customer is responsible for all fees and costs.

[Regarding Delivery Time] We will inform you of the approximate delivery time when we provide a quote, but there may be some variation depending on the repair work. Delivery times may be delayed during our company's holiday periods (New Year's, Obon, and summer holidays).

[Regarding the storage period] If you do not pick up your item within 6 months after we notify you that the repair is complete, we will dispose of it.

[Other] We will not be liable for damages in the following cases. We will not be liable for any damages that are not directly attributable to our shop (e.g., earthquakes, social conditions). We will not be liable for emotional distress, intangible damages, or consolation money.
